For some people, anniversaries are traditionally a little difficult to remember. A time for reflection and celebration; two things that should be fully embraced and yet somehow they seem to all-too-easily slip our minds. And this is a shame.
It’s an old cliché, but it certainly does happen, you walk through the door after a hard day at work to find your partner angrily waiting for you surrounded by anniversary cards and presents from friends and family. But none from you.
Or perhaps mum phones out of the blue and chats away (like only mums do) for ages.
